Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Tracking Orders
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. For the Order Status or Tracking Numbers please contact support@machinlab.com.

Shipping Information
If there is an error in the shipping information you provide you must contact the carrier to update it. Associated fees are not the responsibility of Machinlab.

Out of Stock Items
If your order contains an out of stock product, your order won’t ship out until all available items are in stock.

Lost Products
Although rare, sometimes packages do get lost in the mail. If your package does not arrive within 15 days, please get in touch at support@machinlab.com.
